Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (includes 1-hour unpaid break)

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Go High Level (GHL) Specialist to provide on-demand technical and strategic support across multiple client projects. This role goes beyond basic VA tasks you ll be building funnels automation workflows CRM processes and scalable systems that directly impact business growth. You ll work closely with the business owner who has strong technical expertise making this an excellent opportunity for collaboration skill development and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

Provide on-demand support for Go High Level platform operations
Build and optimize complex funnels and automation workflows within GHL
Design and implement landing pages forms and email sequences
Set up and manage CRM systems and processes for coaching and service-based businesses
Support the deployment of systems and strategic initiatives across client accounts
Assist in rolling out solutions more efficiently across multiple projects
Potentially support white-label VA services for agency clients in the future

Requirements

3 years of hands-on Go High Level (GHL) experience
Advanced proficiency in funnel building automation workflows and CRM setup
Strong technical skills beyond standard VA-level support
Experience with creating landing pages and automated email campaigns
Strategic problem-solver with ability to optimize workflows and processes
Reliable responsive and committed to a full-time (40 hours/week) schedule
Motivated to grow long-term within a dynamic role
Understanding of business process optimization and CRM best practices
