Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career Colliers is seeking a motivated and strategic Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Christchurch.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known global brand managing a dynamic portfolio of commercial and retail properties. Youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients driving strategic outcomes and contributing to sustainability and innovation across property operations.
What Youll Be Doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with tenants clients contractors and stakeholders
- Leading strategic planning and lifecycle analysis for assets
- Managing lease negotiations renewals and tenancy compliance
- Collaborating with internal teams across leasing marketing facilities and finance
- Supporting ESG initiatives and sustainability goals
- Preparing budgets financial reports and client communications
Qualifications :
