Join Air New Zealands Corporate Sales team and help shape the future of travel for New Zealands Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Were seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (Sales Specialist - SME) someone who thrives on the hunt for new opportunities and knows how to turn connections into long-term partnerships. This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington (travel required).
In this role you will focus on growing our SME market share both directly and through building strong channel partnerships with organisations such as Farmlands Retail NZ and other influential buying groups. Youll identify engage and secure new business while nurturing existing relationships to maximise value for our partners and our airline.
Were looking for a proactive sales professional with the tenacity to pursue leads the confidence to negotiate with decision-makers and the strategic thinking to develop innovative go-to-market approaches. Youll be comfortable working independently but also collaborating across teams to deliver seamless solutions for our customers.
