Colliers is on the lookout for a Property & Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic Corporate Solutions team in Wellington. This is your chance to be at the heart of our Service Hub supporting property occupiers and ensuring our managed properties run smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for property and facilities queries youll play a key role in delivering timely compliant and service-focused solutions. From coordinating contractors and managing work requests to preparing reports and maintaining databases youll be the go-to person for keeping things running like clockwork.
