Key Responsibilities
Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules
Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance activities
Liaise with contractors landlords and internal teams
Support sustainability initiatives and HSSE compliance
Deliver outstanding customer service to site users and guests
Provide input into budgeting reporting and vendor performance
Who Youll Work With
Facilities Managers and Coordinators
Engineering & Asset Management
HSSE Sustainability and Finance teams
External vendors and client stakeholders
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience in facilities & maintenance coordination
Strong planning communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet service level agreements
Diploma in Facilities Management or trade qualification preferred
