Job Description
Our Ambassador will be:
- Create exceptional guest journeys from arrival to departure delivering world-class massages and body treatments in a serene welcoming environment.
- Provide personalised care through expert consultation wellness advice and tailored retail recommendations that extend beyond the treatment room.
- Uphold the highest luxury service standards with warmth professionalism attention to detail and a commitment to making every guest feel cared for inside and out.
- Be a trusted spa expert confidently guiding guests through treatments demonstrating products and encouraging rebookings and add-on services.
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms restock supplies and support the seamless operation of the spa.
Qualifications :
- Experience & Knowledge Previous luxury spa experience essential; familiarity with spa booking/property management systems preferred.
- Service Excellence Strong eye for detail luxury guest service standards and polished personal presentation with outstanding communication skills.
- Professionalism Under Pressure Organised efficient and able to perform under pressure while maintaining warmth and professionalism.
- Collaborative & Growth-Oriented Team player with a can-do attitude strong interpersonal skills and commitment to ongoing development and self-improvement.
- Engaging & Confident Builds rapport easily demonstrates strong presentation skills and consistently projects a professional image.
