Job Description
- Guide and coach agile squads in adopting Scrum practices and principles.
- Facilitate backlog management in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Promote continuous improvement and foster a positive productive work environment.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality increments by ensuring adherence to Scrum techniques and artifacts (Definition of Done user stories automated testing backlog refinement etc.).
- Maintain and manage KPIs/metrics to track team performance and delivery.
- Ensure alignment with Agile values while encouraging self-organization and accountability.
- 4 6 years of proven experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Familiarity with software development processes and agile delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques artifacts and ceremonies.
- Good understanding of other Agile frameworks (Crystal XP JIRA JIRA Align etc.).
- Experience coaching teams on Agile values and ways of working.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
- Solve problems effectively and handle conflicts with professionalism.
- Organize prioritize and manage tasks with outstanding organizational skills.
