Oversee the planning execution and completion of construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with engineers architects subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage budgets schedules and resources to achieve optimal efficiency.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery.
Requirements
Minimum of 9 years experience managing construction projects.
. or HND in Civil Engineering Construction/Project Management or related field.
PMP PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certifications are an added advantage.
Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
