Position Overview:
This role is to lead initiatives focused on client acquisition and AI-enhanced user experiences in our global mobile trading platform. This role is pivotal in driving growth by enhancing user onboarding conversion and engagement across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing engineering design and data analytics to deliver impactful features that attract convert and retain users.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product roadmap for our global trading platform in the area of client acquisition marketing funnel optimization and AI features.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and best practices in digital acquisition and AI-driven product innovation.
Identify and address friction points in the user acquisition journey to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
Prioritize and manage a backlog of features enhancements and optimizations to increase user engagement and retention.
Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with engineering to understand technical requirements and overcome potential roadblocks.
Collaborate with design and UX teams to craft a compelling user-friendly interface and smooth navigation flow.
Monitor key product metrics analyze user feedback and use data to inform decision making and prioritize features.
Conduct regular product demos and communicate updates to internal stakeholders including executive leadership.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in mobile trading fintech and product management.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science Finance or a related field
3 years of experience as a Product Manager. Must have experience having launched features on mobile native apps.
Proven experience working on trading or investment platforms is highly preferred.
Familiarity with MarTech tools such as MoEngage Marketo Appsflyer.
Proven track record of improving acquisition metrics through product-led initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing funnel analysis or user segmentation.
Familiarity with GPT or other generative AI technologies and their application in product features.
Strong understanding of mobile development processes and mobile UX best practices. Good aptitude for understanding technical concepts and managing technical complexity is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams around product goals and roadmap as well as the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with product management and analytics tools (e.g. JIRA Roadmunk Google Analytics Tableau).
Fast learner diligent and open to learning new things and accumulate domain knowledge over time.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced agile environment
