The role of a tire line development engineer is to develop and introduce new products (tire) into the market according to the requirement book and meet the end consumer expectation. You are also responsible to continuously improve and ensure product performance of active running products in the market. As a project leader you are responsible for the product from the project start up together with the other project team members until the introduction of the new product in the market. Another task is the product responsibility for running products; this means the continuous observation of the producibility the product performance and responding on occurring problems. Worldwide networking between central R&D and Marketing in Asia-Pacific and all involved international markets would require good skills in working in an international environment.
Qualifications :
Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
