Job Summary
We re seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on bridge and high-rise projects. You ll coordinate workers subcontractors and site requirements ensuring smooth progress safety and quality delivery in line with project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise site works and guide workers effectively
Coordinate with subcontractors consultants and site teams
Attend and represent site matters in project meetings
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely execution
Review and interpret construction drawings to resolve on-site issues
Uphold safety quality and compliance standards
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years experience supervising construction sites
Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings
Strong communication skills with subcontractors and site teams
Independent reliable and able to work under tight schedules
