Job Description
- Ensure the consistent execution of maintenance and service delivery.
- Oversee the deployment integration and effective use of TOMMS across all sites maintaining data integrity and adherence to standards.
- Develop and lead a centralized analytics framework to enable operational decision-making predictive maintenance and cost control.
- Ensure adherence to protocols covering contribution schedules and utilization monitoring and to relevant authorities requirements for.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders.
- Foster a team culture that is Bold leadership Respectful collaboration Innovative thinking Steadfast integrity and Knowledge-based decisions.
- Track site-level KPIs and benchmark performance to identify and address operational gaps.
- Provide guidance and development to site heads and the HQ team through structured performance reviews and coaching.
- Drive procurement strategy optimize contracts and ensure cost efficiency across facilities operations.
- Lead initiatives on energy efficiency asset lifecycle management and sustainability.
- Oversee the development and execution of emergency readiness safety governance and incident management procedures.
- Prepare executive-level reports and strategic insights for the MD and Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Facilities Management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in multi-site facilities operations and senior leadership positions.
- Demonstrates courage in decision-making while taking responsibility for results.
- Establishes respectful and collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Promotes mutual respect and develops constructive connections across teams and stakeholders.
