Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Construction Management or a related field is required; a Master s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 25 years experience in operations engineering or project delivery with proven leadership in team management and budget oversight. Experience in procurement IT and compliance governance is required.
Proven expertise instrategic operations planning and end-to-end project lifecycle management.
Strong background in procurement contract governance and budget control with ability to conduct performance analysis.
