Job Description
Reporting to Mexicos Client Partner the primary responsibility will be to manage and build relationships with agency client and partners by encouraging an environment for delivering an organized and creative product. You will oversee the smooth delivery of Performance Marketing platforms and while focusing on individual business acumen mentorship and the growth of their assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic coordination of new business projects: from brief intake to the delivery of final proposals.
- Design and structure proposals and presentations ensuring understanding of client needs agency capabilities and commercial goals.
- Collaborate with internal leaders (Performance Martech Creative Strategy Finance) to integrate expertise into cohesive and impactful offers.
- Guarantee quality and consistency in all deliverables maintaining a client-centric and strategic perspective.
- Manage timelines and workflows ensuring a smooth coordination across multiple teams.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen proposals with insights innovation and cross capability integration.
- Participate in client interactions (Calls clarification meetings pitches) to represent the agencys value proposition.
- Help develop commercial narratives and storytelling that highlight the agencys differentiators.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in new business strategy marketing consulting or client-facing roles in the digital or creative industry.
- Experience with the digital marketing ecosystem (Media martech creative AI).
- Experience coordinating complex projects and partners under tight deadlines.
- Experience with strategic thinking storytelling and proposal development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Organized detail-oriented and capable of elevating the quality of commercial outputs.
- Experience working in a fast paced and high performance environment.
