Job Description
The Junior Design Architect will be responsible to support the design and development of architectural projects by assisting in creating plans drawings and presentations. Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements budgets and timelines. Continuously learn and apply innovative solutions to contribute to the success of each project.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design and Documentation
- Assist in the development of feasibility studies including conceptual layouts area calculations and preliminary design options.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and documents using BIM software
- Perform building code and zoning analysis to ensure compliance in design proposals.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work as part of a creative team and coordinate with all departments.
- Assist senior architects in preparing design documentation for all design phases and technical submissions.
- Technical Support and Research
- Research materials and assemblies for design and construction drawings.
- Conduct site analysis and project research as assigned.
- Develop construction documents from approved client schematic designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
- 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
