Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers promoting products/services generating leads and closing sales or scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain product or service features and benefits persuasively.
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments or closures.
- Maintain knowledge of company products services and offers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing telesales or a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in mention required languages.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- High school diploma or any bachelors degree is preferred.

Shift Time: 8.30 AM to 1.30 PM
