ROLE: Senior Account Manager
DESIGNATION: Sr. Specialist Account Manager
LOCATION: Gurugram
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3 years
Notice Period- 15 to 30 days
Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client s customers are consistently satisfied with the client s products and services and resolve escalated issues
- Achieve revenue-based quotas based on successful management of client accounts and supporting processes to meet operational needs and growth objectives Evaluate the client s customer needs and propose potential solutions
- Serve as a single point of contact for the client customer and may coordinate the work of client service teams
- Utilise data to successfully remediate customer concerns/roadblocks that prohibiting satisfaction
- Manage external competitive pressures and effectively handle objections
- Work with multiple stakeholders building effective relationships with decision-makers at all levels
- Responsible for managing sales territory and achieving monthly quotas
- Negotiate skillfully in tough situations
- Identify risk and barriers to success; develop contingency plans when necessary
- Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales
- Ability to provide consultative support
- May potentially attend vendor and/or external events as needed
- May provide mentoring and guidance to more junior staff
- Use data to help influence buying/renewal process
Key Skills and knowledge:
- 1-3 years working in a sales or account management role preferred
- Experience in high volume calling preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a fast-paced environment while developing positive relationships effectively
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management serving mid to large clients
- Passion for exceptional customer experience and sales
- Demonstrated aptitude to learn and optimise new technology and data
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with or similar CRM required
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment
- Demonstrated ability to make timely and sound decisions; make decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data; evaluate short- and long-term consequences
