Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: QA/QC / Welding Inspector
Location: United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-time On-site
Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection and quality control activities for welding and related processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes standards and client specifications (ASME AWS API).
- Conduct NDT and welding inspections in line with industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 8 10 years experience in a similar QA/QC role within the oil & gas or petrochemical secto
- CSWIP 3.1 / AWS / CWI or equivalent welding inspector certification
- ASNT Level II certification in relevant NDT methods
- Strong knowledge of welding and NDT standards
- Excellent communication analytical and organisational skills
