Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of new consulting strategies and practices.
- Work closely with team members on various client projects.
- Conduct market research to support project development.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings and take notes for follow-up.
- Analyze data and provide insights for business improvements.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to identify areas for client growth.
- Support project managers in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and feedback.
- Conduct surveys and compile results for internal assessments.
- Help in the implementation of solutions developed by the team.
- Maintain documentation and records of project progress.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance professional skills.
- Contribute ideas for improving consulting processes.
- Support administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior internship or project work related experience is a plus.
- Understanding of market research methodologies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with social media tools and platforms.
- Multi-lingual candidates are preferred.
