About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Java Developer (Fresher) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about software development and eager to build a career in Java technologies.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development testing and maintenance of Java-based applications.
Write clean efficient and well-documented code.
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Core Java OOP principles and data structures.
Familiarity with Java frameworks like Spring or Hibernate is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of version control systems (e.g. Git).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors degree in engineering computer science Information Technology ECE.
Minimum 60% aggregate marks throughout academics (10th 12th and graduation).
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or academic project experience in Java.
Exposure to web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
