Job Description
Job Title: IT Analyst
Location: Chicago IL (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $25/hr $30/hr (Based on Experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking both fresher and experienced IT Analysts to join our team in Chicago IL. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can grow your career enhance your technical skills and contribute to impactful IT projects.
Responsibilities:

Analyze and troubleshoot IT systems applications and processes.

Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues.

Assist in system upgrades installations and configurations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Document processes solutions and technical guidelines.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Freshers are welcome; prior IT support or analyst experience is a plus.
