Job Description
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Working Days - 5 Days
Experience Requirements
The position holder will be responsible for India for following functions: Inventory Management Planning Procurement - Import and Local Indenting Negotiations with suppliers for lead-time as well as for volume discounts. Responsible for coordinating the Inbound planning of finished goods for Civil & CSD sales for all the brands and timely procurement of goods to the mother warehouse.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)
1.) Forecasting
Finalize monthly Sale & inventory forecast along with the sales & marketing team.
Monitor & analyze current & past sales trends for accurate forecast plans.
2.) Demand Generation
Coordinate with & follow up with Factory local suppliers & import.
Generate timely POs & Demand requests.
3.) Internal & External Coordination
Coordination with key stakeholders -Work closely with Sales Marketing unit Import-Export QA Suppliers and Logistic team.
Negotiations with suppliers for Lead time Volume discounts FOBs for India specific products.
Coordinate with the various sales vertical teams to understand the product performance.
4.) Inventory Management
Responsible for health of inventory at Mother warehouse as well as at RDCs.
5.) System & Process
Optimization of systems with the help of IT team.
Assist in setting processes to simplify the system.
6.) MIS
Maintaining updated MIS.
Create MIS & department reports as per management request.
Experience in Inbound planning supply chain management.
Handled multiple brands products.
Ability to multitask & strong in coordination.
Strong negotiation skills.
Mobility/Travel
Less Travel If require Supplier Visit/Factory Visit.
Computer Skills
Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power Point)
Proficient with MS Excel.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Language
Good spoken and written English
Planning Skills
