Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and active learning.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods resources and technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various forms of formative and summative assessments.
- Provide students and parents/guardians with constructive feedback regarding academic performance and progress.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians colleagues and other stakeholders to support student development.
- Foster a safe and respectful classroom environment that promotes tolerance empathy and cultural understanding.
- Stay updated with current events research and trends in respective subject education and integrate relevant and contemporary content into lessons.
- Participate in professional development activities and collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices.
- Perform administrative tasks including grading assignments maintaining attendance records and preparing progress reports.
