Having knowledge or Experience in Academic Counsellor
Position : Counsellor
Location : Deogarh(Odisha)

Salary: As per industry standards

Education: BCA/MCA/BE/(IT/CS)

Relevant Experience :Min 6month-2yrs



Job Descriptions

Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection class scheduling truancy career planning.

Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal social or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations.

Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws district policies and administrative regulations.

Confer with parents or guardians trainers other counselors and administrators to resolve students behavioral academic and other problems.

Provide crisis intervention to students.

Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss their childrens progress and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs.

Prepare students for placements.





Should be well versed with Counseling and Convincing.

Efficient in handling queries and should be able to handle them.

Should be having excellent communication skills

The job posting will be in Kolkata.

Should be Graduate any Stream is welcome

Should be aware of the Degree Program / Ed Tech Program Admission Ecosystem

Should have Overall Experience of at least 2 years in counseling / telecounseling

Should be having Good Interpersonal Skills

Should be proficient with MS Office

Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role. Strong research skills and proficiency in using lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients. Familiarity with CRM software and email automation tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Skills Experience with B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead nurturing strategies. Ability to analyze lead data and adjust strategies accordingly.
