You will be responsible for identifying sourcing and securing top-tier technical talent ensuring seamless alignment with hiring managers needs. Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for niche technical roles in AI machine learning and real-time systems.

- Collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular updates on recruitment pipeline progress.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates and talent communities to strengthen future talent pipelines.
- Analyze hiring metrics and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in technical recruitment preferably within AI/ML software development or related tech fields.
- Proven track record of successfully filling specialized roles in deep learning computer vision or real-time systems.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search) and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technical concepts in AI model optimization (TensorRT OpenVINO CUDA) and real-time C/Python development is highly advantageous.
- Experience working in hybrid or remote team environments is preferred.
