Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Google Analytics Intern to manage and optimize our web and digital analytics setup. You will be responsible for tracking analyzing and reporting on website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools helping to drive business decisions through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement manage and optimize Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager configurations across websites and digital platforms.
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs using GA4 Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) and other analytics tools.
Monitor and analyze website traffic user behavior and conversion paths.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve user experience and campaign performance.
Collaborate with marketing design development and content teams to align tracking with business goals.
Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and tag implementation QA (e.g. via Google Tag Manager).
Stay up-to-date with digital analytics trends privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Data Analytics Engineering or a related field.
0-1 year of hands-on experience with Google Analytics (preferably GA4).
Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) and Excel/Sheets.
Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads Meta Ads SEO tools) is a plus.
Familiarity with CRO tools (e.g. Hotjar Optimizely VWO) is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Analytics certification (GA4)
Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript for debugging tracking issues
