Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:Efficiently and timely manage daily operations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Quality Audits:Conduct regular call audits to monitor service quality adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement:Provide structured feedback and recommendations based on audit findings to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Data Management:Maintain and update databases accurately using advanced Excel tools and formulas.
- Reporting:Prepare analyze and publish periodic operational and quality reports ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues streamline processes and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Problem-Solving:Address operational challenges proactively demonstrating sound judgment and effective decision-making skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables lookups dashboards etc.).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in process audit reporting or customer service quality monitoring.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or database management systems.
