Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Jaipur Rajasthan
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to expand the company s client base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and feedback gathering.
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and outreach.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to analyze effectiveness.
- Attend industry events and networking gatherings to promote the company and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update the database of prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities for management review.
- Train and mentor junior team members as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Good understanding of market dynamics and research techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
