Why This Role Exists
Build and ship high-performance web interfaces across Drupal WordPress and custom PHP products - owning everything from component design to production deployment.
What You ll Do

Build reusable React/ components that consume JSON:API or GraphQL from Drupal and other back ends.

Craft and refactor Twig/PHP theme layers; balance classic theming with headless builds.

Tune performance & accessibility: target Lighthouse 90 WCAG 2.2 AA.

Integrate REST/GraphQL services analytics auth and payments.

Automate everything: Docker/ddev local GitHub Actions/Jenkins CI/CD Pantheon/Acquia or AWS.

Hunt bugs write tests (Jest/RTL/Cypress) and close the loop post-release.

Review PRs mentor juniors and lead internal tech sessions.
Core Stack (you ve shipped to prod)

Front End: React 18 TypeScript ES 2022 Webpack/Vite.
Styling: CSS Grid/Flexbox SCSS/LESS design-token theming. -
Drupal: 9/10 theming & site-building Composer Drush config-export; security patching < 24 h.

WordPress/PHP: Block or classic theming plugin/module patterns PHP 8.x.

DevOps: Docker-compose/ddev Git CI/CD; basic K8s or serverless a plus.

Storybook performance tracing (Web Vitals New Relic).
