Job Description
QAD is looking for a Release Manager to leading the Release Management Team in QAD cloud environments.
- Responsible for overseeing the planning scheduling and coordination of software releases in our QAD cloud environment
- Understanding the Software Development Life cycle.
- Ensure on time delivery with high quality and minimal disruption to production environments.
- This role requires strong leadership project management and technical skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact deployment quality or schedule.
- Developing and implementing strategies for improving the release process and including automation.
- Ensuring releases adhere to governance and audit requirements.
- Monitoring post-release performance and resolving any issues that arise.
- Managing and mentoring release management staff conducting performance evaluations and fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications :
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Required Qualifications:
- QAD application techno-functional Progress Java Yab Version control GIT SVNetc.
- Linux knowledge is needed.
