Assist the HSCB to design and implement awareness campaign for achieving Garbage Free status Sanitation and Used Water Management
Support ULBs to arrange street plays and skits in public spaces to engage the community and convey key messages on sanitation and hygiene practices.
Support ULBs to develop and disseminate PSAs through local media channels radio and television focusing on sanitation waste reduction and cleanliness.
Support ULBs to design IEC materials like posters pamphlets and brochures that highlight best practices for waste management and cleanliness. Printing and distribution of these materials in public spaces community centres and schools will be done by ULBs.
Support ULBs to prepare plan to collaborate with schools to conduct awareness sessions on cleanliness sanitation and waste segregation. Encourage children to be Swachh Bharat Ambassadors and promote cleanliness in their neighborhoods.
Support ULBs to organize cleanliness drives involving local residents NGOs and volunteers to clean up public areas and raise awareness about the missions goals.
Support ULBs to make action plan to engage citizen volunteers (ULB level ward wise) and the role of these volunteers would be to bring sustainable behaviours change at ground level with respect to key sanitation and waste management practice.
Leverage social media platforms and online channels to promote cleanliness practices share success stories and encourage citizen participation.
Support ULBs to organize events like painting competitions waste recycling contests and environment-themed exhibitions to engage the public and promote awareness about the mission.
Collaborate with State/National local celebrities and social media influencers to support and promote the mission making the campaign more appealing and impactful.
Support ULBs to regularly assess the effectiveness of the awareness activities through surveys feedback forms and data analysis. Use the findings to improve and refine future campaigns.
Qualifications :
Masters in Mass Communications JournalismPublic Relations Marketing CommunicationsAdvertising or a related social science discipline or equivalent.
