Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Marketing Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore. With 3 to 5 years of experience the ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic marketing skills to help drive growth in our technology-focused products. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and ensure successful product promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering sales product management) to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback industry trends and competitive landscape to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage product launches ensuring marketing efforts align with technical specifications and customer needs.
- Develop and deliver technical content for marketing materials such as brochures presentations and digital content.
- Support the sales team by generating leads and ensuring a smooth transition of technical information for customers.
- Organize and represent the company at trade shows conferences and other events.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Provide support in developing and maintaining customer relationships ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a marketing engineering or technical marketing role preferably in a technology or product-driven industry.
- Education: Bachelors or Master s degree in Engineering Marketing or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in digital marketing SEO social media management and analytics.
- Strong communication project management and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
