Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HRMS Consultant to join our team. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules particularly in Benefits and Payroll (EBS) as well as Oracle Fusion HCM Core Human Resources (HR). This role requires a deep understanding of these modules to effectively manage and optimize our human capital management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing benefits-related projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Providing functional expertise in Oracle EBS Benefits modules.
- Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement benefits solutions.
- Conducting system testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshooting and resolving benefits-related issues.
- Providing end-user training and support.
- Documenting business processes and system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven experience with 2-3 support projects.
- Proven experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to flexible time shifts.
- Expertise in Fast Formula.
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.9.
