Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the existing Oracle EBS HRMS Landscape To Support Data Mapping And Extraction For Migration To Workday.
Develop And Support Custom Pl/Sql Apis Interfaces And Reports Related To Hr Payroll And Otl Modules.
Collaborate With The Workday Implementation Team To Align On Data Structures Transformation Rules And Integration Touchpoints.
Extract And Transform Legacy Data (Employees Assignments Benefits Etc.) To Workday-Compatible Formats (Csv Xml Json).
Document Api Usage Data Models And Business Logic For Integration Reference.
Troubleshoot Technical Issues Related To Data Migration Apis And Existing Customizations.
Required Skills:
Strong Technical Knowledge Of Oracle EBS HRMS Modules (Core Hr Payroll Otl).
Proven Experience In Writing Pl/Sql Apis And Working With Oracle Hrms Open Interfaces.
Good Understanding Of Workday Data Concepts Or Willingness To Quickly Learn.
Familiarity With Data Extraction Transformation And Mapping Techniques.
Hands-On Experience Working With Rest/Soap Apis Xml And Flat Files.
