Accounts Manager needed for an IB school in Gurgaon Haryana.

Qualification - Graduate and PG in Accounts / Commerce

Role - The Accounts Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization ensuring compliance with accounting standards statutory requirements and internal financial policies. The role requires strong analytical leadership and problem-solving skills to manage the finance team and support business decisions through accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: / / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter/Final) preferred.
Experience: 5 10 years of experience in Accounts/Finance with at least 2 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS IFRS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP SAP or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of GST Income Tax TDS and other compliances.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
