Join IQ-EQ as Head of Transfer Agency leading our dynamic Fund Management team in Ireland. Based in Shannon or Dublin youll oversee operational excellence and client service delivery. This strategic role involves collaboration across global offices and occasional travel. Be part of a forward-thinking firm driving innovation in fund administration.

What Youll Do

• You will lead and develop the Transfer Agency team ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality client service across all shareholder servicing functions
• Youll collaborate closely with Fund Accounting and Compliance teams to implement robust processes perform AML and eligibility checks and uphold regulatory standards
• Youll manage client onboarding resolve operational issues and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Youll drive continuous improvement contribute to business development and ensure optimal fee recovery and client profitability
• Youll operate within IQ-EQs risk and governance framework fulfilling the PCF 33 role under the Central Bank of Irelands Fitness and Probity regime.

Qualifications :

• You bring strong leadership and client service skills with proven experience managing teams and building trust in a regulated financial services environment.
• You have hands-on expertise in client onboarding AML compliance and navigating Irelands regulatory landscape including the Fitness and Probity regime.
• Youre detail-oriented and analytical with the ability to resolve complex issues improve processes and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Youre proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with multi-currency operations and systems like Investran and Paxus.
• You work independently with a flexible mindset a deep understanding of corporate governance and a sharp focus on risk mitigation and operational excellence.
