We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven inside Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at our Loughrea Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales (including Marketing Events & Social Media) building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to closing.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels.
Conduct initial outreach and follow-up calls to prospective clients
.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
Sales Process Management:
Guide clients through the sales process from initial consultation to contract signing.
Prepare and present proposals contracts and other sales documentation.
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry best practices.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Social Media & Marketing
Support the marketing team by posting relevant posts
Visit client sites to take photos for social media posts
Event Planning & Management
Coordinate various activities relating to events including conferences and exhibitions
Proven experience in inside sales client executive or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently but more importantly as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software (zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with social media and content management for posting (no design skills required)
Knowledge of the housing or real estate industry is a plus.
Full clean driving license
The position is fulltime and onsite in our office in Loughrea Business & Technology park (opposite Chanelle Pharma).
