Your Day-to-Day:
Support the Store Manager in running a slick and stylish operation
Be a visible energetic leader on the floor coaching developing and motivating the team
Deliver best-in-class customer experience every day
Oversee stock flow VM and back-of-house processes to keep things seamless
Get involved in recruitment training and performance management
You ll bring:
Experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level in fashion or footwear retail
A love of fast-paced environments where no two days are the same
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
A customer-first mindset with a hands-on can-do attitude
