We are urgently seeking CNS-Urology to a leading hospital in Westmeath
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of urology patients physical emotional social and spiritual well-being.
- Together with the multidisciplinary team create carry out and periodically evaluate individualised care plans.
- Establish and manage patient care pathways especially for patients receiving therapy for urological disorders.
- Be a urological nursing expert and role model by upholding the highest standards of clinical practice.
- To guarantee a unified patient-centered service collaborate closely with the clinical team.
- Encourage and take part in evidence-based practice and nursing research to enhance patient outcomes.
- Determine nursing research topics and launch unit-level initiatives to aid in the professional growth of other nurses.
- Create and revise clinical protocols to promote best practices in urological nursing care in collaboration with the Urology Consultants.
Requirements
- Be registered on NMBIs general division of nursing.
- Have worked in an acute environment for at least three to five years after registering
- Urology-related post-registration nursing credential
- Possess demonstrated clinical and expert skills.
- Be a competent leader and communicate well.
- Possess the organizational abilities necessary to give patient care structure and continuity.
- Possess proof of your dedication to professional growth.
