Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Update maintain and enhance existing Tableau dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Work with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear dashboard improvements.
- Perform minor SQL queries or Python scripting for data preparation and troubleshooting.
- Monitor live dashboards for performance and accuracy implementing small fixes as required.
- Collaborate with business users to ensure reports and dashboards are clear accurate and actionable.
- Maintain documentation of dashboard changes and improvements.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics or related discipline.
- 1 year of hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of SQL; Python or ETL experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus.
- Detail-oriented proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
