A Day in the Life:
Candidate should be detail-oriented and proactive Collections Analyst to manage the timely collection of outstanding customer invoices. This role will focus solely on following up with customers resolving invoice-related issues and ensuring payments are received in accordance with agreed terms.

What Youll Be Doing:
Monitor and manage accounts receivable portfolio for assigned customers
Initiate contact with customers via email or phone to follow up on unpaid invoices Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies disputes and billing issues
Maintain accurate records of collection activity and customer communications
Escalate chronic non-payment or disputed cases to the Collections Manager
Coordinate with internal teams (billing sales customer service) to resolve issues delaying payment
Prepare aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and collection procedures


Skills/Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in finance Business Accounting or a related field. Advanced in both written and verbal English. Knowledge of any other foreign language(s)
would be an advantage.
Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel.
Lean sigma certification preferred.
AR experience in collections and/or dispute management.
Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Excel
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience with SAP and FSCM dispute module is desirable.
