You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailUliza Events is hiring a hybrid Business Development Agent in Ghana to help us grow our client base for wristbands and event merchandise. This is a fast-paced role that requires daily calls field visits social media outreach and client relationship management.
You ll be working with theme parks swimming pools malls hotels schools NGOs and event companies to close high-volume deals and retain long-term clients.
Generate 10 bulk leads (5000 pcs) and 15 small leads (<5000 pcs) daily and post on excel sheet
Make calls to prospects in collaboration with our fulfillment partner in Ghana.
Look for potential big theme parks swimming pools events and arenas who use the product
Provide samples to the potential clients and find out how much they purchase at.
Set Up Meetings with potential prospects.
Close 10 deals per week (combined large and small orders)
Follow up with top clients to retain and upsell
Perform social media outreach for potential leads
Build partnerships with printing companies and event organizers
Engage our delivery team to deliver orders for your clients
Maintain a weekly events data sheet with expected quantities up to December
Submit daily activity reports on calls visits and leads
Experience in B2B sales or field marketing
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Must be self-driven accountable and goal-oriented
Comfortable using WhatsApp Facebook and Instagram for business
Based in Accra or surrounding areas and available to move around
Starter pay of GHS 1700 per month bonus scheme for big deals above 10000pcs
