We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded hotel group seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to take the lead in revenue strategy and make a measurable impact within a thriving hospitality environment.

As Revenue Manager you will report to both the General Manager and Group Revenue Manager with key responsibilities including:
- Developing and implementing room revenue strategies to maximise profitability
- Managing pricing and availability across all distribution channels
- Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Collaborating with other hotels in the group to align revenue approaches
- Identifying new commercial opportunities and market trends
- Supporting the growth of M&E and F&B revenue streams
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Revenue Supervisor/Manager role within the hospitality sector
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Commercially savvy with a strategic data-led approach
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (OPERA or similar)
- Confident communicator and team collaborator
