Job Description
Our clients very large setting In Norwood SE London are looking for a very experienced Deputy Manager to support the manager in the day to day running of their great setting. You will need to be doing a similar role. Salary is c 32k depending on experience plus 1000 welcome bonus

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted Regulatory standards and requirements
