Senior Salesforce Engineer - Quick Commerce

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our Quick-Commerce team focused on our non-integrated and long-tail partners powering Delivery Hero - based in Glovo Barcelona.

 Contribute to the creation of our next-generation platform which works on expanding our amazing delivery to new products such as groceries pharmaceuticals flowers and more. Work on warehouse management systems our shopper app and our customer-facing systems. • You will work on our next-generation platform to not only provide groceries for our hungry customers but also other daily urgent needs like drinks fruits snacks but also batteries. 

• You will collaborate closely with product managers engineering leaders and leadership across Q-Commerce.

• You will be part of  a cross-functional  team focused on the onboarding and early stages of our vendors. 

• Troubleshoot issues Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.

• You will work in a goal-driven environment.

Qualifications :

• 4  years work experience in developing high quality reusable and maintainable code using Apex VisualForce SOQL Apex Triggers and integrating systems with third party systems for enterprises using SOAP RESTFUL Services.

• Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the as a Salesforce Engineer.

• Experience in working agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations.

• Understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectural patterns troubleshooting methods and best practices.

• You are a pragmatic engineer  who understands what is needed to get things done in a collaborative manner.

• You believe in cross-functional teams and know that responsibility does not end with deployment.

• Experience in Database modeling JSON XML HTML JavaScript

• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience of working in fast-paced environments handling multiple competing priorities.

• Experience in infrastructure and devops.

• Experience with web applications
