Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment and employer branding across our group companies. This role will be critical in building scalable hiring strategies shaping Homzmarts employer brand and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

You will partner closely with senior leadership to anticipate business needs design innovative sourcing approaches and position our brands as top employers in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute the group-wide hiring strategy for Homzmart Lifters and Joint.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and design recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing screening interviewing offer management).
  • Build strong pipelines for critical roles across commercial operations logistics and manufacturing.
  • Implement recruitment metrics and reporting to track effectiveness.

Employer Branding

  • Lead the employer branding strategy across online and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote our culture values and growth stories.
  • Launch campaigns events and partnerships that strengthen our reputation as a top employer.
  • Develop engaging content (employee stories social media campaigns careers page).


 

  • Partner with HRBPs to ensure alignment of recruitment with business priorities.
  • Train and guide hiring managers on interview and selection best practices.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Optimize recruitment systems tools and processes for efficiency.

Qualifications :

 

  • 68 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in scaling teams within high-growth companies.
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives and social media hiring strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of logistics e-commerce and manufacturing hiring is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
