Defines capacities for storage per BU at each location
Defines capacities for inbound and per location
Defines capacities for outbound and per location
Implements actions to reduce errors in deliveries
Ensures fulfillment of central procedures related with this process
Ensures the on time correction of errors in TMS system
Ensures contract availability with all carriers and for all routes
Participates in audits realized by local central and external organizations
Generates action plans to solve detected nonconformities
Ensures that all central procedures are updated and followed by his teams
Reviews and approves the issuance of procedures related with his processes
Ensures continuos process improvement
Reviews in a monthly basis the status of contracts with Service Providers
Participates together with the Purchasing Department in tender processes related with his area
Reviews and validates the information of each Bid Package
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Process Engineering or related careers.
- At least 3 years of experience in Warehouse Management / transportation
- Experience leading Projects and Processes implementation as well as Audits (external and internal) POMs.
- Experience managing work teams for at least 2 years / Experience managing Service Providers for at least 2 years.
- Advanced level of English (mandatory).
- SAP management (mandatory).
- Knowledge of industrial safety and security.
- Knowledge of Quaity Management.
