Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Planning - Align HR plans with company goals.
- HR Policy Execution - Ensure compliance with HR policies and handle issues.
- HR Advisory - Provide expert advice on recruitment training and talent.
- Organizational Development - Support structural and process improvements.
- Talent & Workforce Planning - Plan staffing needs and optimize team structure.
- Data & Insights - Analyze data to drive people decisions.
- Optimization & Change - Improve HR tools and processes for better efficiency.
- Autonomous Delivery - Independently manage key tasks within set guidelines.
- Project Management - Lead HR projects that improve operations and employee experience.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who coaches and challenges. You enjoy being a sounding board helping to develop ideas and give constructive feedback. With a flexible approach you lead change and solve complex problems.
You bring:
- 2-5 years of experience within HR areas
- Solid understanding of labour law
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently within set policies and goals.
- Comfortable leading change in systems and behaviors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken.
- Degree in HR or a related field.
