Key about your team
The HR Operations & Payroll team at Keylane is an all-round internal business partner handling HR administration and payroll as part of our international Shared Service Center. As a Payroll Partner at our Danish cluster you will take the ownership of payroll data and payroll data-analysis to ensure that employees are paid on time. You will play a important role to support managers and employees with operational advice e.g. vacation or payroll related questions. Our Payroll Partner will work closely with the co-workers from the headquarter in the Netherlands as well as with Finance and the Danish HR team.
Key about your role
As Payroll Partner you will be responsible for payroll and HR administrative tasks in Denmark including:
- Managing end-to-end payroll process in collaboration with the Danish external payroll agency and HRO colleagues.
- Implement processes that comply with Danish labour law and the Keylane collective agreement and advising managers on compliance with Danish regulations.
- Administration of HR data and proactivity act on it. e.g. administration of vacation leave and off-and onboarding.
- Participating in ad hoc HR projects such as local implementation of HR systems.

Requirements- 3-4 years experience in payroll administration preferably in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of Danish labour law and if you also have experience with collective agreements it is considered an advantage. We have a collective agreement with Finansforbundet.
- Proficiency in Excel and Excel-analyses.
- Highly detail-oriented structured and process-driven you enjoy keeping processes accurate and compliant.
- Proactive flexible collaborative and open and eager for development.
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken in Danish and English.
