Qualifications :
Personality: You are a strong communicator enjoy interdisciplinary work and are able to convey complex topics in an understandable way. You are characterized by creativity initiative and the desire to make a difference together.
Academic background: You have completed your Masters degree in business administration business psychology or social sciences with above-average grades. You may already have an MBA PhD or initial professional experience.
Experience and know-how: You bring first practical experience in the relevant HR departments in the form of internships or working student activities. Perhaps you also have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience in an HR role. You have international experience of at least three months and a very good command of English and German.
